Brother HL-L2300d Driver Download
Brother HL-L2300D Driver Download– The HL-L2300DR can print at a different resolution, and the maximum reaches a very decent 2400 x 600 dpi. Print speed in standard mode is up to 26 pages per minute, in duplex mode, respectively, up to 13 pages. There are two trays: one 250-sheet master and one additional 100-sheet. 8 MB of memory is used to work with print jobs. The Brother HL-L2300DR will not provide you with incredible possibilities for handling papers of different densities, but it will print the vast majority of paper actually used in the home and in the office: if you use an additional tray, you can use paper with Density from 60 to 163 g / M2.
Also, remember that the photoconductor resource for the HL-L2300DR is 12,000 pages (your model DR-2335) and you can buy two types of toner cartridges for the printer: a standard 1200 pages (TN-2335) Up to 2,600 pages (TN-2375).
The advantages of the HL-L2300DR include the fact that it is equipped with a toner cartridge with an increased TN-2375 capacity, while most manufacturers place the first cartridge as the lowest possible option.
Although the main workplace for the HL-L2300DR is the house (although in a number of model offices it is quite capable of covering printing needs), there are no clear versions of colors of the hull.

The HL-L2300D is the cheapest in the group and its low RRP is undervalued: at the time of writing, online retailers sell it for approximately £ 75 (around $ 118, $ 138) including VAT and shipping. This is a very low price for a double-sided laser printer. Is it a contract or a fake economy?
The specifications of the Brother HL-L2300D are impressive at the price: it promises a print speed of 26 ppm, has 8 MB of on-board RAM and provides a maximum resolution of 2,400 x 600 dpi. The paper tray holds 250 sheets, there is a second single-sheet paper feeder for labels, envelopes and thicker media, and the printer can print on both sides without any human intervention.
As printers walk, it’s not a bad-looking thing. It’s small and tiny – just over 30 inches deep and wide – with a dark gray finish, black top and gray details, and shares the same design language as the larger Brother business printers, which are essentially square with rounded corners. It’s not something you’ll look like with love all day, but it’s quite clean, and thanks to the darker plastics, it looks more attractive than the bigger brothers.
The buttons are kept to a minimum: there is a power button, four status lights and a green button labeled Go. All administrator is performed remotely using the supplied software, which is compatible with all versions of Windows from XP and with Mac OS X from 10.7.5. For OS X, the DVD will simply take you to the download page on the Brother website. Installing both Windows and OS X drivers is quick and painless.
Unlike the more expensive Brother printers, the HL-2300D does not offer wireless options such as AirPrint or Google Cloud Print, and there is no Ethernet port: you have a choice of USB, USB or USB and as always you will need to provide your own USB cable.
Once installed, the driver offers a variety of printing options, including toner save mode, the ability to reduce paper curl, select output print quality (the default is 600 dpi, but you can select 300 dpi or the HQ1200 mode, which provides up to 2400 x 600 dpi) and you can choose duplex printing.
Performance
The printing performance is very impressive: a four-page document consisting mainly of graphics and printed double-sided printing started printing after three seconds and was completed in 17 seconds, while a densely packed four-page report consisting exclusively of small text started in three seconds and was completed at 15.
Brother claims to have speeds of up to 26 ppm – in our tests we consistently reached 25 ppm using default settings and text documents only.
The print was also pleasantly quiet, even when spilling lots of pages, and the energy savings are aggressive: the printer shuts itself off with a noticeable burst when it’s idle for a few minutes, but immediately detects that it will detect the descent of the pipeline print job. This is good if, like us, you work in a small office, where even a slight hum can bother you – your brother only makes a sound when he is doing something.
Operating costs
The HL-2300D can use the Brother TN-2320 High Capacity Toner Cartridge, which provides 2,600 pages at standard 5% coverage. Prices vary widely: at the time of writing, the cheapest original Brother cartridges we could find were £ 47 (around $ 74, $ 86) and the most expensive was £ 79 (around $ 124, $ 145). It works as 1.7p per page and 3.0p per page.
The printer can also use low-capacity TN-2310 cartridges, which average £ 35 (around $ 55, AU $ 65) per 1200 pages (2.9 p per page). Also, don’t forget the duplex option – if you set it as the default, it should significantly reduce your paper bills.
